Ella's Trip to See the Big Man in Red

We took Ella to see Santa Saturday evening.  After a long wait, I carefully placed her on Santa's lap!  She was all smiles until everyone started clapping to get her attention so they could take her picture.  After all the commotion, she was ready to JUMP from Santa's lap into my arms:)  Of course that made me happy.  She also saw her first snow today.  She looked out the window and from the look on her face, she wasn't sure what happened.  I'll keep posting the holiday photos!

Florida - June 2010

We have been so busy the past few months!!!  I came back to work on July 7 and things have been even more hectic than I could have imagined.  We are surviving and still loving every minute of our time with Ella.  In June, we took our first "family vacation" down to Florida to see Grandma and Grandpa Nichols, and Aunt Valerie and Uncle Scott.  Ella did GREAT!  She didn't even mind the flight.  I'm going to post the pictures from Florida below.
